Item availability depends upon several factors such as item popularity. As soon as an item becomes available, the website will be updated to allow the item to be purchased online. Be sure to click on the notify me button and we will send you an email as soon as that item is back in stock. It is possible that items that are out-of-stock on shop.Bratz.com may be available at one of our retail partners.

Returns from shop.Btatz.com will be accepted only for 30 days from purchase date. Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging.
Refunds are issued for only the purchase price of the items returned. Shipping charges are not refunded. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. To obtain further return information or to arrange to return your item please call 1-800-321-4424 x3024. No returns will be accepted without a "Return Authorization" number that can be obtained through our Consumer Service line. If you refuse a delivery of a shipment, you will be credited the purchase price less all return shipping charges.

We carry a large majority of products however certain products are only available for sale through our retailers.

As most companies who sell online do, shop.Bratz.com authorizes your credit card for the amount of your order at the time of purchase. An authorization means that, while the money has not actually been paid to MGA Entertainment, your available credit is reduced by the amount of the authorization. Even though you have not been charged for that order your available credit is reduced by the amount of your order total.

The charge is normally completed in 3 to 5 days when your order ships. If your order does not ship within ten days the authorization will expire, and the "on-hold" amount will become available again.

Limited 90 Day Warranty
MGA Entertainment warranties to the original consumer of this product that it will be free from workmanship and material defects based upon normal usage during the time of the warranty period, or 90 days from date of purchase. 
During this 90-day warranty period, the product will be replaced at no charge to the consumer when returned to MGA with a proof of purchase. 
To validate the warranty, fill out the information on the registration card.  Detach the card and mail to the following address within 10 days from date of purchase:

Product returned should be carefully packed in packing material sufficient to avoid damage during shipment. 
Please include a written description of the defect, a copy of the proof of purchase (containing date of purchase) and your printed name, address and phone number. 
This warranty is valid in the US and Canada only. 

If you have ordered multiple items and would be shipped in several cartons, they many not all arrive on the same day.  Please allow 1-2 days for the carrier to deliver all cartons consigned to them.
If you have not received all of your order within a few days of the original delivery, contact 800-321-4424 ext. 3204 to report the shortage.
